Contact
One address, read by a person.
support@infinitecraftgameonline.com
This is the only contact address for Combinaut. There is no contact form, no support ticket system and no chat widget, because a single mailbox that a person actually reads is better than three that nobody does.
What to write about
Anything, but these are the ones that come up most:
- A recipe looks wrong. Tell us which two elements and what you got. Our universe is generated rather than imported, so it will sometimes disagree with other crafting games on purpose; this page explains why. If a result is genuinely offensive or unsafe rather than merely surprising, say so and we will remove it.
- Something is broken. The page it happened on and what your browser is helps more than a screenshot.
- You are a parent or a teacher. Ask us anything about what the game collects. The short answer is nothing, and the privacy page is the long one.
- Press, or you want to use our content. Terms are on the terms page; email if you need something they do not cover.
What we cannot do
We cannot restore lost progress. Discoveries are stored in your own browser and never sent to us, so there is no copy on our side to recover; that is the same decision that means we hold no personal data about you at all.
Replies are written by one person, so expect a few days rather than a few minutes. Every message is read.
